Restaurants in Riyadh
STEAKHOUSE
As a meat lover, those who haven’t been to Steak House (Northern Ring Road Riyadh, Exit 5), it’s really a place to be given a priority, you won’t regret it. After visiting their website, I reached to have a supper with my sister in laws on Sunday (to avail variety of free soups and salad bar). LOVED THE SALADS AND SOUPS. Prefer to visit on weekdays rather than a weekend as place won’t be too crowdy and weekdays have many offers too.
The ambiance is sophisticated with electric décor and high beamed ceilings. Staff is very well trained and courteous. We just walked in with three kids (around 3 to 1-year-old) and were warmly welcomed. We preferred to sit in the lounge.
Menu involves appetizers, specialty salads, burgers, sandwiches, fajita platters, refreshing drink, and desserts, though well known for signature steak. We ordered the quesadilla, California style steak, cheeseburger and steak sandwich with fries. Burgers were yummy and the quesadilla was crispy and cheesy. The steak was very well presented with mashed potatoes and crunchy brown onions but the steak was too hard/dry to chew and they have replaced the order after complaint. I won’t forget to appreciate the attentiveness and efficiency of staff. They asked many times if we needed any service and even reminded us of the free salad bar and soup.
But warm chocolate volcano didn’t go well with my taste buds. Then we took our kids to the game room and they enjoyed a lot in the play area. It was a fun day and I won’t miss a chance to visit it again.
Burgers sandwiches quesadillas tacos may cost up to 50 SR But Steaks are quite pricey as high as 100 SR.

CHILIS TAHLIYA
Being a Mexican/American restaurant, Chilis menu brings flavorful, multisensory food dishes, desserts and drinks which include southwestern egg rolls, fajitas, steaks, triple dipper, lime garlic shrimps. Triple Dipper (Southwestern Eggrolls, Texas Cheese Poppers, and Boneless Buffalo Wings) is a worth trying appetizer. Amongst entrees Fajitas, Tacos, Quesadillas, Sandwiches are craveable and delicious to eat . Finding a parking lot may be difficult especially at weekends as Tahliya is dotted with restaurants.
The restaurant offers a superb yard and indoor family/bachelor lounge. Open space is not that well maintained but you can enjoy with family and kids.
I just fell in love with the chili’s molten lava cake and couldn’t find yummylicious taste in Riyadh so far.
Water is very expensive, don’t forget to bring your own water.
APPLEBEES
Apple bees is another American/Mexican food outlet that brings an extensive menu of comfort and delicious foods. Steaks on sizzling skillets are worth trying( quite salty because of sauce, so better to inform the waiter about not pouring the whole sauce). Chicken steak with mashed potatoes and baked vegetables was a big hit. The play area is another attraction for kids. The ambiance is delightful.
Chilis and Applebees bring equal taste except for Molten Lava from Chilis has no comparison.
SIZZLER HOUSE
Popular menu includes mixed starters, ribs, salads, lobster, fajitas, burgers and steaks. Customers can enjoy our buffet on a daily basis in Tahlya, which is open for lunch and dinner. Food is tasty and cheaper (as compared to chillis and Applebees)

PIATTO PANORAMA MALL
If you are an Italian food lover, then Piatto is the right place for you. It holds the high place in the hearts of pasta fans too, offers one of the best pasta of town. If you ever plan to visit the place, don’t forget to order the delicious ice cream. Pizza and pasta are very pricey. Piatto’s interior is fantastic. The walls are adorned with the pictures of cultural landmarks. Décor has no comparison with other outlets of the town.

Fuddrucker Sahara Mall
I really never liked burgers but Fudrucker ’s chicken burger went very well with my taste buds. It brings one of the best burgers of the town.
